The TD 134 insulated commercial sectional door has established a reputation in the overhead door industry as a tough, energy efficient door designed to meet the rigors of industrial/commercial use. TD 134's unique, fully automated computer controlled manufacturing process, produces a state-of-the-art steel/polyurethane/steel sandwich panel that is lightweight, yet incredibly strong and energy efficient.

 

1 3/4" Thick - An Insulation R-Value of 16.04

Therm-O-Dor™ TD-134 features a continuous foamed-in-place polyurethane core providing an R Value of 16.04, twice the efficiency of polystyrene insulated panels.

Strength & Rigidity
Achieved by the unequalled adhesion of the steel skins to the polyurethane core. The injected foam forms an even compact block that adheres strongly to every inch of the steel.

Thermal-Break
Separates the outside and inside steel skins to reduce cold/heat conductivity and stops frost and moisture from collection on the inside of the door

Between Section Weatherseal
Air and wind infiltration is eliminated by the use of a continuous weather seal inserted between each section.

A Total Weatherseal System
Provided with the use of a "U" shaped bottom weather seal that conforms to minor floor irregularities and thus keeps out the weather. The perimeter of the door is sealed with the use of the steel/vinyl weather strip on the outside door jamb.

Virtually Maintenance Free
The Door is finished with a baked-on two coat polyester paint. The inside and outside skins are of a corrosion resistant hot-dipped galvanized steel.

Insulated Windows
Inserts are mounted in a high-impact polymer frame with sealed lights of glass.

Painted Inside and Out

The complete door is covered by a warranty against workmanship and material plus a 15 year warranty against cracking, splitting or deterioration due to rust.
